CA Poonam Billur is a Chartered Accountant with more than nine years of professional experience. She has also passed Company Secretary exams conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She started her professional career with Audit Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) Department of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, one of the Big 4 International audit firms. She played a key role in auditing various Listed Companies, Public and Private Companies like Idea Cellular Limited- Maharashtra and MP Circle, IFB Industries Ltd- Pune Branch, Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited etc..
Later, she has been associated with Haribhakti & Company, Mumbai for more than three years mainly responsible for statutory audits of listed Companies such as DB Realty Limited, Delta Corp Limited, Piramal Realtors Private Limited and Entertainment World Developers Limited (Indore). Her skills in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group involving subsidiaries, associates and joint venture companies have been quite helpful whilst her short stint at DB Realty Ltd. Her focus areas have been preparation of Project Reports, Financial Management & ensuring implementation of Accounting Standards.
