CA. Amit V. Desai is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of professional experience. He started his professional career by joining B.K. Khare & Company, Pune, a reputed Chartered Accountants firm in India. He was a part of statutory audit team for Listed Public Limited Corporates like Thermax Limited and Indian Card Clothing Company Limited. He has also worked extensively for clients like Dai Ichi Karkaria Limited, a listed Public Limited Industrial Chemicals Manufacturing Company.
In January 2010, he joined Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Deloitte), one of the Big 4 International Auditing Firms in its Pune Branch. He worked in its AERS Department as Assistant Manager. He worked as Deloitte’s Team Leader for Idea’s Bihar & Assam Circles and Maharashtra Circle which is one of the biggest circles of Idea Cellular Limited. He also worked as Deloitte’s team member for Endurance Technologies Limited for their IPO related work.
Currently, he is also a Partner in ABM & Associates LLP and focusing on advising Corporates on Project Financing, M&A, Business Valuations and other Financial Advisory Services.
