Ms. Keertida Joshi, is an OPEX Advisor having more than 25 years of experience with a multinational company, ABB India Ltd. She did her Diploma in Digital Electronics Engineering from the well-known Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic College. In addition, she graduated in Industrial Engineering from IIIE.
At ABB India Ltd. she worked in various functional areas like testing, Quality Assurance and OPEX at a managerial role. She is a hard-core quality professional having in-depth knowledge of quality systems and related documentation backed with experience in policy development and staff management procedures, positively impacting overall morale and productivity of the Organisation.
Ms. Keertida, has successfully lead and driven various operational improvement projects targeting improvement in customer satisfaction, through-put time and profitability.
